Evan Pitts

Evan Pitts is the Founder and Lead Pastor of Church 54 New Orleans, a church he planted in 2019 with a vision to reach people far from God and develop fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. For more than 20 years, Evan has served in full-time ministry, leadership development, and organizational growth. Since surrendering his life to Christ in 2001, his life’s mission has been centered on winning the lost, making disciples, and empowering leaders to fulfill their God-given purpose.

“Healthy leadership is built on strong relationships, personal stewardship, and living life with purpose.”

Raised in Hammond, Louisiana, Evan experienced a radical life transformation after giving his life to Jesus, entering ministry a few years later as a youth pastor. Over the following two decades, he served in multiple leadership capacities — youth pastor, associate pastor, senior pastor, internship director, church planter, and leadership developer — helping train emerging leaders, develop ministry systems, and strengthen churches throughout the region. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Southeastern Louisiana University, and has worked extensively in the marketplace through property management, organizational health, and leadership consulting. This unique blend of ministry and business experience fuels his coaching and consulting work today — helping businesses and organizations strengthen leadership, cultivate healthy workplace cultures, and establish intentional care systems that help people and teams thrive. Evan is 44, has been married to his wife Leah for 21 years, and they have three children — Aliah, Noah, and Honor. They live in the New Orleans area, committed to serving their community and advancing the Kingdom through both ministry and marketplace influence.
